Payments

We offer various payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

Our products are generally shipped within 4-7 business days.  Typically items will be shipped out on Tuesdays. We do not have shipping attached to the products so that it does not charge you shipping on every item you buy. Instead it is a flat rate of $5 in the US on breaks and raw cards/graded cards. This rate is subject to change at any time due to postal rates. Items larger will be charged exact shipping rates. To request a quote for larger orders please contact Poke Ronin on Discord.

We typically use UPS and USPS for shipping. Please contact us if you need other options. Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders.

Poke Ronin's Dojo reserves the right to hold your items until correct shipping is paid for.
